Here's what you'll do:

Week 1: Grief Work
You can't build what's next until you acknowledge what's ending. This week, you'll do the emotional work most programs skip. You'll identify what you're actually grieving, why it matters, and how to move through it instead of around it.

Week 2: Identity Excavation
Who are you without the roles that used to define you? This is where most women discover they've been operating on autopilot for decades. You'll uncover the beliefs, patterns, and cognitive distortions that have been running the show and decide which ones you're keeping.

Week 3: Possibility Mapping
Now you get to explore what you actually want. Not what sounds good on paper or what other people think you should want. You'll map possibilities, test assumptions, and build a vision that's grounded in who you really are.

Week 4: Decision Framework
This is where smart women typically stall out. You'll learn the decision-making framework that helps you stop overthinking and start committing. By the end of this week, you'll have a clear roadmap with specific next steps, timeline, and what success actually looks like.
